Above, the the first reaction from Bubba Chuck.
Sixers just offered Iverson a 1 year non guaranteed deal and Dei Lynam was the first to report this (kudos).
Vote in the poll on the right: will he accept it? Reject it? Will they come to another kind of deal? Will he retire again ??
It's funny, all analysts, journalists and even bloggers are against Iverson's return to Philly, while the large majoryto of fans would welcome him. The results of polls I checked around the web are like 70% and 30%, and Sixers4guidos' poll had the same outcome.
I have to say I am pretty surprised about this: is that crazy love for one of the best Sixers ever, or desperation for a disappointing team that continues to struggle? Maybe both.
So now it's Iverson turn. I have to say I still hope he finds a better option to end his career. Vince Thomas listed some in a good article but if I was Cleveland, or Orlando, I'd give ths guy a chance.
That's the solution I am praying for. For Iverson, and for the Sixers.
